Common questions

Is the free trial really free?

Yes — you won't be charged until day 14. We take your payment method upfront so the subscription can start automatically if you decide to stay, but cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. No awkward cancellation call, self-serve from your account.

What if I cancel after the trial and want to come back?

Come back anytime. Your profile and history are preserved. Same price.

How is this different from your 1:1 consulting?

1:1 consulting is a one-to-two-week intensive with a custom plan written for your baby. It's the right choice if you're in a sleep crisis and need personalized help fast. The community is ongoing, monthly support for after the crisis is resolved — or for families who want expert methodology without the 1:1 price tag. Some families do both.

Can I upgrade to 1:1 later?

Absolutely. Members get first access to 1:1 scheduling when we have openings.

What ages is this for?

Babies and toddlers. Whatever age and stage your little one is in, there's content and community support for you.

Will this work for my specific situation?

If you're working with a baby or toddler and you're willing to be consistent, almost certainly yes. We've worked with breastfed and bottle-fed babies, daycare babies and stay-at-home babies, room-sharing and single-room setups, only children and third children. Every situation has its nuances. That's why the community is organized by age and the office hours are live — you can bring your situation to us.

What if my baby has medical issues?

Our methodology is behavioral, not medical. We always work alongside your pediatrician, never instead. If you have medical concerns about your baby's sleep, please talk to your doctor first. Many medical situations are compatible with our approach; a few require customizations we can discuss in the community.

What if my partner doesn't agree with sleep training?

You're not the first family with one parent on board and one skeptical. We have threads and office hours dedicated to exactly this. Bringing both parents into the community (one subscription, two users) often helps.

Is this a Facebook group?

No — it's a private community on Circle. The community is ad-free; any future partnerships will be disclosed and optional. No algorithm. No strangers. Just members, us, and structured conversation by age band.

I bought your 1:1 plan already — do I get a discount?
