Important to read
Behavioral guidance, not medical advice.
Off to Sleep Strong provides behavioral sleep guidance for families with healthy infants and children. What we share here — articles, sample schedules, methods, community discussion, and live office hours — is education, not medicine.
We are not physicians, nurses, or licensed medical providers. Our guidance is informational and should not replace the advice of your pediatrician or any other qualified medical professional.
If you have any medical concern about your child — including but not limited to feeding difficulties, breathing concerns, unusual behavior during sleep, a suspected medical condition, or questions about medication — please consult your pediatrician or physician before acting on anything you read or hear from us.
Our recommendations are designed for children with common sleep challenges that are unrelated to medical conditions. We ask that you obtain approval from your child's medical care provider before implementing any sleep plan or method we describe, especially if your child has any known medical condition or is taking any medication.
Nothing on this site creates a physician-patient relationship, a medical diagnosis, or a treatment plan. By using the site, the member hub, our community, or our 1:1 consulting services, you acknowledge that the guidance we provide is behavioral, not medical, and you agree to consult a qualified medical professional for anything that falls outside of that scope.
For parents working with us in a 1:1 engagement, additional terms and a full services agreement apply and are provided at the start of that engagement.
If you ever have a question about whether something you're seeing from your child is behavioral or medical, default to calling your pediatrician. We would rather you over-check than under-check.
