How it works
- 1
Fill out the intake questionnaire
About 10–15 minutes. Covers your child's current sleep, feeding, environment, your family's routine, and your goals. The detail matters — the more we know, the more personalized your plan.
- 2
Sign the services agreement
A standard agreement covering what we do, what you agree to, and the behavioral-not-medical nature of sleep coaching. Takes 2 minutes.
- 3
Pay
One-time payment via secure checkout. Your support window begins on your chosen start date (minimum 3 days out so we have time to prepare your plan).
- 4
Receive your custom Sleep Plan within 48 hours
We text and email the plan to you. Read it through, mark any questions, and schedule the 30-minute review call.
- 5
Our call, then go
We walk through the plan together. Then your support window opens — text us anytime with questions as you implement.
- 6
One or two weeks later
You'll have a sleeping child and a family that's rested again. You'll also have an open invitation to join our ongoing membership community at a founding-client discount.

What you get
A custom Sleep Plan, built from your answers
After a detailed intake questionnaire (about 10–15 minutes to fill out), Lindsay and Aly write a plan specific to your child, your home, your schedule, and your goals. Not a generic template. Delivered within 48 hours of signup.
Messaging support, morning to night
Messaging support 6:30am–9pm ET daily during your engagement window. When your baby wakes at 2 a.m. and you're not sure what to do, you'll already have our guidance from earlier that evening. When something unexpected comes up mid-week, we're there to adjust the plan when the day starts.
A 30-minute review call
After we've delivered your plan, you'll book a Zoom or phone call with us to walk through it together, ask questions, and make sure you feel ready.
Real accountability
We check in on your progress every day. You're not going through this alone.
An offboarding document, when we wrap
A written offboarding document with FAQs and a forward-looking schedule, delivered at the end of your engagement — so you have a clear plan for the next stretch after we say goodbye.
Meet Lindsay + Aly
Friends. Moms. Certified sleep consultants who've worked with hundreds of families across the Northeast over the past several years.

Licensed social worker and certified sleep consultant. Aly brings an empathetic, evidence-based approach to every family she works with — helping parents build healthy, sustainable sleep habits without losing their minds in the process.

Certified sleep consultant known for bringing a calm presence, practical guidance, and deep empathy. Lindsay believes the early years of parenting don't have to feel chaotic — with the right support and a clear plan, families can find real rest and rhythm again.
We started Off to Sleep Strong because we kept watching friends and family members — smart, capable, loving parents — fall into the same sleep struggles we once did. The existing resources didn't cut it. Books are too generic. Apps lack context. Other programs felt rigid or rushed.
We wanted something warmer. Something that meets you where you are, listens to what's specific about your family, and stays with you through the hard middle.
That's this.
From families we've worked with.
All reviews below were left voluntarily by past clients.
From the start, Lindsay and Aly took the time to know our family and created a personalized sleep plan that felt realistic. Within the first couple days, my 4-month-old was on a consistent schedule and fully sleeping through the night — previously he was waking 4+ times. He's now 11 months, and hasn't woken in the middle of the night since.
We loved Lindsay and Aly and trusted them like we would a big sister. They made us feel calm and comfortable throughout the process. Not only was our baby in good hands — we as first-time parents were treated with care too. Our baby is sleeping beautifully, and we don't panic every time something goes wrong. We miss them already.
In just a week they gave me the confidence and tools to eliminate my 3-month-old's night feed and got him sleeping through the night. His naps improved significantly too. Working with them felt like chatting with friends — and they gave me detailed notes on what to expect with schedule changes in the coming months. 10/10.
Lindsay and Aly exceeded my expectations. Both are intelligent, thoughtful, compassionate, and professional. They truly care about the family's needs and make it their mission to create a sleep plan that works. Within a few days, our son was sleeping and waking at his age-appropriate wake windows. I'll 100% work with them again.
They are literal angels — always there for any and all questions. My son's sleeping habits have never been better, all thanks to Off to Sleep Strong creating a schedule catered to his needs.
Results vary by family. Sleep outcomes are affected by your child's age, temperament, health, household dynamics, and how consistently you apply our recommendations. We don't promise outcomes — we promise our experience, attention, and a plan that fits your family.
FAQ
Can we talk to you before signing up?
Yes — we offer a free 15-minute call to learn about your family, answer questions, and make sure 1:1 is the right fit before you commit. No pressure either way. Schedule a fit call →
When can we start?
The earliest start date is 3 days from signup — we use that window to write your custom plan. You can pick any start date beyond that; some families start within a week, others plan a few weeks out around travel or a partner's work schedule.
Is this for my child's age?
We work with families from 12 weeks old through age 8 — babies, toddlers, and school-age kids alike. The intake adapts to your child's stage. If you're outside that range, reach out first — we'll let you know honestly whether 1:1 is the right fit.
What if my baby has a medical condition?
Our support is behavioral, not medical. If your child has a diagnosed sleep-affecting condition (reflux, allergies, apnea, etc.), you should clear any changes with your pediatrician first. We're happy to work in parallel with your medical team when that's the case.
What happens if the plan isn't working after a few days?
That's exactly why the support window exists. We adjust the plan as you implement. If something isn't clicking, we change the approach. Daily check-ins, unlimited texts, and phone calls as wanted or needed mean we can iterate quickly — not wait until the engagement ends.
Can both parents participate?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. The agreement binds both parents (even if only one signs). Text threads and calls can include both — many families loop in a partner, a co-parent, a grandparent, or other caregivers as needed.
What about grandparents, nannies, or daycare providers?
Your plan can include guidance for anyone in the child's sleep orbit. Just tell us who's involved during intake.
Can I do 1:1 first and then join the community later?
Absolutely — it's our most common path. At the end of your 1–2 week program, you'll get an invitation to the membership community with a discounted rate for past 1:1 clients.
Can I do the community first and upgrade to 1:1 later?
Yes. Community members get priority scheduling if they decide later that they want 1:1 program support. Email us any time.
Ready?
Takes about 10–15 minutes. No payment until after the contract is signed and you're ready to commit.
